Angelina Speaks Her Mind

While many celebrities support Barack Obama's new policies and his new bills, there are still some that don't. Angelina Jolie is one of these non supporters. She has no problem expressing her extreme dislike for Obama and the ideas that he brings to the tables. "She's into education and rehabilitation and thinks Obama is all about welfare and handouts. She thinks Obama is really a socialist in disguise." Now what is a socialism you may ask? Socialism is any of various theories or systems of social organization in which the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government that often plans and controls the economy. While you may or may not agree with Jolie's statements, that's what she believes. Even her husband Brad Pitt disagrees with her, he is a huge fan of president Obama and even went to the 2008 election party in Chicago, obviously without his lovely wife. Angelina doesn't consider herself a republican, however she thinks the president is all smoke and mirrors.

Slacking Secret Service

With every entrance covered, the security was decked out to the T at President Obama's first date dinner, which was held for the Indian prime minister, on Tuesday November 24th. However this intense security was no problem for Tareq and Michaele Salahi, a socialite couple from Virginia. The two were never actually invited to the party, but somehow managed to slip past dozens of Secret Service equipped with guests lists, multiple metal detectors, White House staff, and Marine guards to make it in. In the party they seemed to fit in a mingle with some of the most important and most regarded world leaders. They were even able to get pictures with some of these people without raising any kind of suspicions. Once the dinner started the couple was no where to be found, probably because the seats were prearranged and since they weren't actually invited to the party, they wouldn't have had seats. The couple will most likely go down in history as being some of the best party crasher ever.

American Music Award Mistake?

If any of you watched this years American Music Awards you would have undoubtedly seen American Idol finalist Adam Lambert perform his new song. This performance has undergone much scrutiny ever since. During the "unique" performance Adam Lambert managed to trip, kiss his pianist, and a few other unmentionables. Sources believe that Lambert became big headed when he was featured in People's Sexiest Men Alive issue and that it may have inspired his over the top performance. Afterwards Lambert was interviewed many times and when asked about his performance he said "I don't know, maybe it went to my head and that's why I did the performance the way I did." It was also reported that Lambert said "If the people didn't like what they were watching then they could change the channel to something else." I must say that's some way to gain fan support there Lambert.

Runaway Blues

We all had that feeling of defiance when we were younger to run away from our troubles and our family and never come back. Well one 13-year old kid In New York took this notion and literally ran with it. Haunted by a mishap in his Brooklyn middle school and threatened with consequences by his mother, 13-year old Francisco Hernandez Jr. decided to live the life of freedom on the New York subway. Hernandez had been diagnosed with a form of autism called Asperger's syndrome in which individuals experience difficulties with social interaction. With only 10 dollars and a subway pass Hernandez lived off water and junk food from subway stands for 11 days. Police and the Mexican consulate searched the city for days and the boy was finally found at the Coney Island station. Reports say that the boy was very skinny and very dirty which is expected for almost two weeks in the subways of New York, but otherwise he was in healthy condition.

Tiger In The Hospital

Around 2:30 a.m. on November 27 golf champion Tiger Woods crashed his car into a fire hydrant and a tree just feet from his house in Islesworth, Florida. This bizarre accident is under extreme speculation from media because it was reported that alcohol was not a factor in the accident. Elin Nordegren, Woods' wife, busted in through the back windshield using two golf clubs to pull Tiger out of the car. When the police arrived they found Tiger laying on the ground just outside of the car with lacerations on his lower and upper lips with blood in his mouth and he was lapsing in and out of consciousness. The police tape is to go under further review to make sure that nothing seems too out of the ordinary. The reason that the accident seems somewhat suspicious is because it came only weeks after the National Enquirer alleged that he had been seeing another woman; however all of these allegations have been denied. Despite his injuries, Tiger is still set to host the Cevron World Challenge on Thursday and appear in a press conference Tuesday.

Swift Dishes It Out

On a recent episode of SNL, Taylor Swift was chosen to host the show and perform afterwards. To kick the show off, she decided to open up with a quick little song about the topics that she was not going to cover throughout the show. These topics included the vast majority of her song subjects, guys that cheat on her or guys she's obsessed with. Next in the order of discussion was her ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas. She critiqued Joe for breaking their relationship off over the telephone and then went on to say that she is doing just fine without him. This lead her to talk about her newer attraction "The Werewolf from Twilight". The final, and most anticipated topic was the VMA incident with Kayne West. Taylor Swift pretty much got back at all the people who got her; however she did it in a much more discrete and classier way. SNL classified this show as one of the best shows since Tina Fey and Will Ferrell walked the stage. Check it out.

Oops!... She Did It Again

Britney Spears traveled way down under Friday for a concert in Perth, in Western Australia. Fans were angry right from the start because it is reported that Brittney opened up with a very general welcome. "What's up Australia? How you feeling tonight? It's so good to be here tonight. Your country is beautiful." Fans were disappointed at the lack of respect she had for the town in her welcome. The disappointment didn't end here; she then went on to lip sing through the entirety of her concert. Disgusted fans paid upwards of 1400 American dollars to watch their idol, the one and only Britney Spears perform live in front of them. Some were even so disgusted with her performance that they left after the first couple songs, outraged. While there will always be those few fans that will love Britney no matter what; there are now fans that will never go to her show again. In lieu of the lip singing fiasco, Australian politicians have now mandated that performers must disclose whether or not concerts will be live or lip sung. All this trouble because of Britney, lip sung or live... it's her prerogative.

STALKER

American Idol talk show host Ryan Seacrest, recently put in a restraining order against alleged stalker Chidi Uzomah. Uzomah was arrested on suspicion of stalking the idolized American Idol host. He remains in police custody with bail posted at $150,000. Uzomah is no one timer to the stalking business, apparently he's somewhat of a pro at it. He was already on probation for stalking the star earlier, which ended in Uzomah attacking Seacrest's bodyguard in the process. On Friday, it is reported that Uzomah entered E! offices armed with a knife, in search of Seacrest. Thankfully, Seacrest wasn't found because he was out of the building. Once Uzomah was caught, the police were notified and he was arrested by the LAPD. Obviously there's just something about that Seacrest smile that just attracts all the stalkers.

Taylor Swift Hits The Deck!

Ellen Degeneres has always been known for her crazy personality and much crazier antics. As a celebration for Halloween, she decided to add to her bag of tricks by scaring her guests that appeared on her show. One of these guests just happened to be Taylor Swift. Ellen moved Taylor into a special dressing room set up with hidden cameras and Ellen herself. Ellen told her to check out a picture in the bathroom of herself and Taylor, once Taylor walked into the bathroom Ellen screamed like a prehistoric velaciraptor scaring Taylor straight to the floor. One thing that Taylor didn't have on her side was the extra 6 inches that were added by her wonderful heels. Anyway Ellen won that battle and was successful in her Halloween prank.
