Rapper Lil' Wayne is facing charges of drug and weapon possession. An unregistered .40 caliber handgun was found in one of Lil' Wayne's tour buses in July 2007. He pleaded guilty in his recent courtroom appearance and with the plea bargain he may have to face up to a year in jail. The charges don't end here. He was also charged with felony drug and weapon possession in Arizona when a weapon and drugs were again found on his tour bus. Traces of marijuana, cocaine, and ecstasy were all found. Lil' Wayne is undoubtedly one of the greatest rappers out there, but this does not set a good example for anyone to follow.
Lil' Wayne needs to be a better example for his fans. I know many young people who love his music and if he did something stupid like this, people could follow his influence. He is constantly being watched and should try to keep a good image so that he can be a better role model. -Taylor-
